There is an index for the 1841 (and 1851) Cambridgeshire census on the website of Cambs FHS

If you find anyone that you would like full details of just post the parish, name and reference number and someone will check it out for you. Bear in mind that for 1841 the only additional information that you will get is occupation of the head and whether or not the individuals were born in Cambs.

You may need to be more specific so far as parishes go in Hunts as there is not a central index as there is with Cambs.
