Hearne marriage question

I've a copy of the Weller-Herne/Horne marriage entry that indicates they were both of the parish of Knockholt ... but we know my Lucy Weller spent her life in Westerham.

I'm beginning to think I might have two related women here, but the wrong marriage. 

I've ordered older parish records for Westerham ... any ideas in the meantime?

(Why oh why, did these people not keep better records???  ??? )
