Hello Christopher

James Bickerton a hatter in castle place in the 1861 street directory residence 19 College Sq north

Anna Bickerton the one in Earl street in the 1870 that i was kindly given the other day.

Anna belongs to my Eid line
there's an interesting article in your family tree Nov 2005 magazine about Milliners but all the info on where to look for records is geared towards english ones like apprenticeship indentures .i have been google-ing for info on Irish hatters & milliners without success this morning .
i have no idea what became of this family so any ideas on where to look would be appreciated kind regards aeroqueen
