I had to pay A$20 & then had to buy credits for some items I found. They then told me I had to log in & despite several attempts & emails I had no luck. As they could not refund my money paid for credits my joining or whatever it is called expired as did my money.

How it works is that you register first and buy credits. Then you use those credits to view whataver it is you have found in the search. There is no up-front joining or registration fee, and you only pay for what you actually view. If you have any problems you need to contact them and they will sort it out.
