Hi Tina,
thank you for all this lovely information as Eliza Gaster married twice and her son from her second marriage was my husband's grandfather.  This is the first sighting of her before her poor husband Edwin died in 1866.

Many thanks for your help with this query

My Great Great Grandfather was Charles Frederick , and my Great Grandfather was Charles James Gaster
any information on the Gaster Family will help me a great deal , i have a lot of information myself and my sister who is also researching are ancestors .
i Have gone back  Joseph Gaster 1745 , so whoever posted that request for you to locate them details.

I am answering this on behalf of Kissimmee.
The reason she put 'poor' Edwin Gaster was because he died at such a young age.
Elizabeth re-married 24/10/1874 at St Micheal Toxteth Park, Liverpool.  I have never
found a birth Certificate for her husband David Charles Murray.  His father was Robert
Murray and from family information was supposed to have been born in Cork, Ireland.
So there is a possibility that David was also born there but he was never listed as
being born there on the only Census I found him at home.  He was a Ship's Steward.
Elizabeth and David had one son George Edward Ronald Murray born 21/10/1877 in
Toxteth.    He married Rosina Cooper in 1900 in Poplar and they had 5 children.
He died 14/10/1940 when he fell from his ship on to the Wharf and is buried
in Rockwood Cemetery Australia.
If you would like to send me your home address (private reply) I will gladly send you
all the information I have on the Gaster family
Good luck with your research
