1851 Look up for Wensbury please
« on: Wednesday 19 October 05 07:50 BST (UK) »
Hello everyone  :)

I've come across a bit of a dead end and I was hoping someone could help me please ? All my ancestors were born in the Ramsgate area of Kent then all of a sudden one pops up one the 1861 census with a birth town of Wensbury. The only Wensbury I can find is in Staffs. Would it be possible for someone to have a peek at the 1851 census and see if there are any more ? The surname is Debling although it is misspelt as Debbling on the 1861. Samuel is the first name and he would be approx 25 yrs old.

Thank you very much
Sean Debling

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yep, that's the chappie. Two different birth places now, that'll keep me busy for a while.
