This is a repost (with alterations) of a similar request made about 18 months ago.

Frederick A Bedford was born in Bath in about 1832.  His father was Edward Henry Bedford, his mum was Elizabeth M Bedford (formerly Whelan).  They were married in Bedminster in 1929.

How do I find out about his birth details?  I have been looking for sometime and have come up with nothing.

Also, Frederick came out to Australia about 1856.  Are there any records in England of emigrants?
