1891 lookup please

I am tracing my late wife's paternal family. Her grandfather Theophilus Evans was born in 1888. He had some brothers and a sister. The brothers were Edgar,Daniel and Frederick and the sister was Alice I think but not sure. Theo lived at Gilfach near Bargoed in Glamorgan where  he later ran a family  bakery. Dan and his sister lived at Gilfach. As I am not sure of the siblings brths which may show up on the 1891 census any information would be welcome in my search. Thankyou.
