Mort Cloth
« on: Sunday 30 March 08 20:00 BST (UK) »
In a record recently found, I read "At her funeral 3 shillings
were paid for the mort. cloth."

I had an idea of what this may be, and found the following
site in my search.

http://web.ukonline.co.uk/scotlandgenealogy/OPR%20Extracts.htm

Hope it's helpful to some.
