Baptism look up pretty please- Broadwood Devon

I didn't know you could request baptism lookups...  I would be very grateful if someone might be able to help me...

I did ask someone else a while ago if they might do this (somewhere else) but have not received an answer (I might just be impatient...)

I was wondering if Elizabeth Jane Uglow HAMLEY was baptised. She married in a Methodist chapel, I know that much. There is a Broadwood Methodist Chapel in Broadwoodwidger that she might have gone to, although there is a possibility they might have gone elsewhere, such as Launceston or Lifton.

Hamley is sometimes seen with variations, such as Hamly, Hambey, Hambley... Just to confuse matters...
