I'd personally like to see the source info, or at least a reference to its location as the IGI doesnt have extractions for the Parish(es) needed ......

Otherwise you really should at least get the Birth Cert (tho my curiousity would demand the Marriage Cert too - to see if she named Mr Thorogood as her step dad or not  )
