Betts Family - Woodford

Hi all,
With the kind help of Rootschatters very recently I have I think traced a side of my family back to a White Bett who married a Susannah Clark in Woodford 13.07.1759  They had four children 1760 - 1766 including James my ancestor ( 1760 ).
A White was buried 1789 and Susannah 1801 age 91 ( ie DOB c. 1710 )
I am wondering if she seems a little old to have her last child at 56 ish or am being unnecessarily sceptical.  I would value any comments.
IGI do list a Susannah Clark bap. 01.02.1712 in Woodford parents William Clark and Susannah Brown

Hi robsdad.

I can not see another burial in the Parish Church for a Susannah.

As I have previously said some became Baptists.

Benjamin and Dinah are noted as having joined.

This may not have any connection yet to you but is a Betts gravestone
from the Baptist Graveyard.

The George Betts on the gravestone is almost certainly Benjamin and Dinah's son.

Re Susannah Betts ( nee Clark ) whose burial you gave me as 1801 ( DOB 1710 )
IGI lists Sussanah Clark bap. 01.02.1712 father William Clark  mother Susannah Brown .
Is it not be unusual to give the mother's maiden name if they were married ?
IGI lists William and Susannah's marriage as 24.02.1711.
Is it possible you could confirm Susannah Clark's baptism date from Woodford PR please

In the Woodford Baptists Members book these folk joined on the
following dates.

Jessie Betts 31.12.1866 Left Village.
Emma Betts 30.06.1873 became Mrs (John) Essam
Lucy Betts 27.03.1876 Emily Betts May 1882,
Wilfred Betts May 1882, Benj Betts Jun 1882,
Maria Betts Jun 1882, Alfred Betts Jun1882,
Albert Betts Jun 1882.

The census should help you put them into families.

There were also these buried in the Chapel grounds although only
a few headstones survive.

Anne Betts Infant Nov 18th 1867, George Betts aged 28, Dec 29 1867,
Louisa Betts 13, May 16 1882, Albert Betts July 6 1887,
Emma Essam (nee Betts) 72, Jun 3 1894.
