R.L Roberts Llandudno.
« on: Friday 03 December 10 12:58 GMT (UK) »
R.L Roberts Llandudno appear to have been in Llandudno, judging by the quality of the photo at the beggining of the 1900's. These photos have been here with me now for a number of years, and for a long time I thought the yard could possibly have been at Holyhead, untill earlier my mother seen the name on the crane. I hope these pictures can or will be of interest to someone on here.

Andrew.

Thank you for that, are there now house's there or is it still a yard of some sort? What part of Llandudno are the names you mentioned?

Hello Mr Tomcat,

You should send these to the Conwy Archives in Llandudno. I am sure they would welcome them there.

There is also a web site which used to be specifically on Llandudno but has now been expanded to cover Conwy and Colwyn Bay as well. These may well be suitable for posting on there. You will get more information on the place and business too.

I was going to take them to the Archives in Llangefni, as I said I thought they might have been from Holyhead. I might well take them to where you suggested, better there than being seen by nobody at home.

Andy.

Hi, it's Dave from the Threetownsforum. I can post the photos and info on the forum and see what info comes back if you like?
