Looking for information on Henry Vokes Born 1851 in Neath Glamorganshire.
would like to know a birth and parents names if possible and any other information you could give me.

Mother: Sarah Vokes

I am a little confused
So the Grandparents are Henry's parents ?
if he was born in 1852 how has he got his mothers maiden name?

Think you need to birth certificate to confirm Henry's father, but I suspect an illegitimate birth?

Purely guesswork here, but I reckon Henry's mother was the daughter of Hesther Vokes.
And she married George Weeks in 1848 - probably both were widowed?

Not finding a suitable Vokes in Glamorgan in 1851?
You having any luck searching?

A public member tree on Ancestry shows that Hester's maiden name was Gregory listing the marriage of a Hester Gregory and a Thomas Vokes at Midsomer Norton Somerset on the 22nd of May 1826.Daughter Sarah is shown as born in 1827 of whom no further info is given.

There's a possible for Sarah Vokes in 1861, a Cook in the Bridgwater District Union Workhouse. She says age 32, widow, born High Littleton
