Chelsea pensioners Photo help

I have recenty recieved a picture of my grandad Tom Edward Kitchener Jackson in the Ranleigh Gardens, at rhe royal chelsea Pensioners. He is with another elserly gentalman and a young girl. on the back of the picture is:

Dad 1970- Ranleigh gardens

i/p Jackson ? 
inf?

From Mrs Pririolt (Scribbled surname)
216 Prescot Rd
St Helens
Lancs

Do you know any way of finding out who the lady on the back is or the gentleman on the front is?

Could that be i/p Jackson meaning In Pensioner Jackson.
There are two question marks on the name & inf so whoever wrote the annotation was not sure.

My grandad was tom Jackson he was a in pensioner he is the gentleman on the left.

It would seem that Mrs. Piriolt has written that information on the back so maybe the other gent is her relative?

Am trying to trace the lady but I cant work out what her surname is the address still exists.

I find it hard to read also so what about putting the image of the writing on the Deciphering & Recognition Page here on Rootschat?  http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/board,425.0.html
I'm sure someone with a keen eye will be able to help  :)
After you've got a better understanding of the name try emailing the Royal Hospital to see if they had an in-patient of that name in 1970.  You could also try looking at deaths recorded in that name after 1970, see what comes up.  Phone directories for that address & that period might also help.  Even though I can't accurately say what the name might be it does look unusual so that's in your favour  :)

Someone on the writing forum believes the name is Mrs P Marriott.

I am in touch with Chelsea pensioners so they are going to check Pictures/In Pensioners from around that time.

I have contacted Hull archives and The name entered against  216 Prescot Road in 1969/70 and 1970/71 is Geoffrey and Irene Prescott.
