1841/51/61/ Knutsford

Looking for my BRADBURY family on the 1881 census, I came across James Bradbury living in Bradbury Piggeries.Knutsford Gen Labourer and wife Harriett.
Also living at Bradbury Piggeries were John Temple & family coachman,and John Offland & family Nurseryman.3 seperate entries.
I would like to know if there was any previous Bradburys living there in 1841/51/61etc and was it a working piggery.
 Bradbury Piggeries according to the 1881 census was next to Toft RD.
Can anyone help please
