Dorris/Doris Ethel Anderson

In the past great people on this board have helped solve some problems. I have a friend whose great aunt was Dorris/Doris Ethel Anderson. She was born in New Zealand on September 9 1903. Her father was from Denmark and his name was Borye Andreson later changed to Anderson. Gertrude was one of Dorris's sisters.

The family lived in Queenstown and something happened and as a result of this the family never spoke to or about Doris again. Naturally my friend would love to know about her great aunt and what happened.

Can anyone help?

Hello...

I had a look at the NZ Marriages CD and she might be the Doris Ethel WELLS buried at Kelvin Grove Cemetery, Palmerston North.

Will PM the marriage details as it took place less than 80 years ago.

According to the NZ BDM website, Doris Ethel WELLS died in 1966, aged 62 years.

[Sorry Beg, but the cemetery link you put up leads to the burial of someone other than Doris Ethel ..........]
