Any chance that a Rosetta Reilly b abt 1876 may have had a sister named Margaret and another sister of unknown name?

It is difficult to search with that criteria.
These are some suggestions:

https://www.familysearch.org/  try searching using Drumlish as a place and also Longford.

Irish BMD

http://www.ellisisland.org/  looking for Reilly from Drumlish or even Longford- you can check the names of the people they are emigrating to- this is quite time consuming. I have looked but only got those which I mentioned earlier.

Is there any other documentation which would mention her parents or her father's first name?

There is a possible match for Rosetta on a naturalization index -

I believe you've found the proper naturalization record. The DC voting district stands for Daly City which is the correct suburb of San Francisco.
I also found a 1938 city directory listing that gave me her phone number.
Thank you very much. Your find also has helped me set a narrower date for the marriage record since she is listed as Miller in this 1904 record and as Reilly in the 1895 Teutonic ship's record.

Additionally I've found a SF City directory listing for what maybe her sisters Margaret and Majorie but these need to be confirmed.
All in all, it has been a great month for the history of my family. I appreciate your help and hope I can return the favors.
