My great great grandfather Munro Ross died to Bathgate in the September 23, 1845, was married to Jean Gillespie
My great-grandfather David lived in Chile and was in 1858 to visit his grave that I send to place a headstone.
That tombstone says Munro Ross and Jean Gillespie

I need to know if anyone in their paths seen this tomb in any cemetery located Bathgate and if I send a picture of it, I thank you from Chile

Thanks Tom, there is also a brother'David , James.
For me it is important to know where to find the grave.
I think it should be in Bathgate which was where David said goodbye when he came to Chile in 1820.
According to OPR Munro died on September 23, 1845 at age 92
Jean first apparently died October 23, 1837 in Scoonie, Fife.
But according to the story that I have Munro and Jean were buried together and were placed a headstone.
According to another story are buried in the cemetery of the Abbey of Dunfermline.

Hi Tom, thanks for the data, I have in my records.

But the idea is to have a photograph of the grave in Bathgate, presumably should be.

Can you think of any ideas?

Hi Escoces,

Not sure if it is Bathgate or Abbey in Dunfermline, according to your notes.

However, here is a topic on RootsChat that is for requesting West Lothian MI's,

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,101770.0.html ,

I would suggest posting a request on there.

Jaime,
Bathgate is near to where I live, I will try to help you there. The Bathgate Cemetery is
well looked after and a nice place to rest. It might take a few days, weather permitting (Rain)

If it happens to be Dunfermline Abbey I will not be able to help with that.

James.

James, great.
For me it is very difficult to go since I live in Chile.
You are very kind in trying to verify if my book say is true
My great-grandfather David said goodbye to his father Munro in Bathgate when he travel to Chile in 1820. Munro died of 92 years in Bathgate in 1845
David years later I send has to make a tombstone and are buried together Munro Ross and Jean Gillespie.

Thanks

Jaime
