1891 census look up - Solomon William & Alice Gardham

can anyone find Solomon William Gardham and his wife Alice  in 1891?

Should be in Liverpool.

Solomon William was born in 1866 (Liverpool) and Alice was born in 1871 in Liverpool.  They were married the previous year so unlikely to have any children with them.

He would have been a waiter or a publican.

Yes and in 1911 which is the frustrating bit...   knowing they didn't pop off between wedding and 1891 so they must be somewhere!

1901 they are at RG13 3414 68 15

A long shot but....... have you checked to see if they are living with Alice's parents and perhaps transcribed under her maiden name?

I can't find them either tried all different variations they seemed to have vanished for the 1891 census

Yes he was, not to sure of the address when he married but it looks like
34 Herdswell St and Alice at No 1 same street.
