David Bosworth, Brick Wall

Please can somene help me get thru this brick wall that is driving me mad 

David Bosworth born abt 1844, do not know county. He married Caroline Walker Yates in Wolverhampton in 1866, according to the IGI. He then moved to Burton on trent, staffordshire where he lived till his death in 1871. He died in leicestershire in a brake van in the sidings.

I cannot find a birth or marriage for this chap, HELP!

I noticed that Davids brother Thomas works on the railway

Ockbrook is about 16.2 miles from Burton Upon Trent

Could be the one Ricky, as one of David's children born prior to his death was named John Thomas, stands a very good chance, but I wll have to wait for the marriage certificate to find a link, or try and get a birth certificate for this David.

Got a good feeling it is him!

Doh! Just realised that I do have a marriage certificate for this pair  Forr goodness sake must get more sorted.

1866 David's residence was Burton and father is John Bosworth is down as a labourer not as an overseeer. Still not sure if this the right John bosworth that you mentioned Ricky.

possible birth Shardlow 1844 (just realised haven't noted quarter - will bo back and check) vol 19 page 566. Shardlow is district covering Ockworth.
