and 26.4 Denmark St Little age 34 in 1911
Somehow related as most likely father of the two Leon grandchildren with Christina.
Cant find a marriage for him.

Peter Leon married Mary Anne Hughes in Liverpool in 1897.

Irish Genealogy shows Peter Leon born 61  Mary St, 12 Sep 1876 to Richard Leon and Sara O'Brien.
The Leon family were Tailors in Dublin.

Unfortunately the 1939 Register of Electors shows 12 people by the name Christina Hughes alive in Dublin,without a known address it would be very hard to pin her down.

I'm trying to see where Mary Ann Hughes fits into this family. Don't have her as a child of Christina.

one lady by the name Christina Hughes lived in 12 Hendrick Street in 1939 ,Glasnevin shows a burial in 1940 for same lady age 84,looking at the address on register of electors there are several tenants at this address but none of the names that have come up before.
Hendrick St seems to be in the same locality off Arran Quay near Church St.

Long time since I've looked at this part if the family but there are a number of people currently researching Leon family.

I think the information for the marriage and most of the children, that I have, came from Peter's military record. I will look again later today and see if I can find out more. My connection is with O'Brien family, mother of Peter Leon.

Presumably there is a marriage registration for the Liverpool marriage that will give father's names.

Thanks again I have only just linked to Christina 's family so it is exciting to see all this information.  My research  was her nephew but finding Lizzy Hughes name in a diary started this hunt.
