National Library Lookup Please

I have found a marriage announcement in the Limerick Chronicle Newspaper of 1863, that the marriage occurred on 27 Aug 1863 in RC Church, Marlborough St, Dublin, of Mr Jeremiah O'Rourke of Limerick to Miss Mary Teresa Welsh, daughter of John Welsh, George St, Limerick.

I'm assuming this church was St Mary's Pro Cathedral and have searched the irishgenealogy site to no avail.

If anyone is going to National Archives, would it be possible for a lookup if they have the time please?

As far as I know, the Parish Registers are in the National Library.

You can browse through the marriage records for the Pro cathedral on irish genealogy.ie - I had a look at the pages of the register and there is no marriage registered for 27 Aug 1863. Do you have the correct date?

 Dathai I can see from the transcription that the date is correct - what is curious is that there is no marriage recorded on the register for that date.

Thanks dathai and annclare for your replies. The link dathai posted is where I found the marriage but searching the irishgenealogy site using just the christian names and Dublin as the place still shows no record.
I was thrilled to find this piece of information as John Welsh was my gggrandfather ( a Jeweller) and Mary was one of his daughters from his first marriage.
 I have been trying to find any information on Jeremiah whilst he lived in Limerick, which I thought might give me more clues, but again to no avail. I did find him living with his son in Cork (1901 Census). Jeremiah died in Cork 1906 and is buried in Mt St Lawrence Cemetery, Limerick. I have also found death notices for Mary and some of their children (Local studies section, Limerick City Library).

Any ideas on how to trace the marriage record would be appreciated.

Thanks dathai, sadly all children apart from Joseph, died either at birth or a very young age.
