I have searched for Wingate Spence born 28/02/1820 Carnwath in OPR marriage and death,then after 1855 in marriage and death but can find him anywhere,if anyone can find any wee snippet of him I would be so grateful  thank you.

There is a Jessie Wingate Spence b 1873 Renfrew - parents William and Janet

William Spence was b Renfrew 1847 ish

His father was Hugh B Spence b Carnwath 1818

Thank you,i put a random search in S/P for Wingate and came up with the Jessie  you are talking about,i dismissed it ( which i should not do ) so i will go and take it down from there and see if there is a connection.
