Seeking information on Margaret Blalock b. abt. 1690 probably in Scotland; married Thomas Bartlett 1709 in Wicomico, Somerset Co., Maryland, USA. Children: William, Pasque, Thomas, Elizabeth, Sarah and Hannah. Margaret died after 1739. There is no instance of any variant of this name in eastern Md. or Delaware pre-1800 which is why I'm sure she was the immigrant, probably brought over as an indentured servant in the 1700-1705 period.
I think she may be the Margaret bap. 1688 in Clackmannan Parish, Clackmannanshire d/o William and Mary Nicholas (Cowsten) Blalock.
Other children of Wm. and Mary were:
Janet 1681, William 1683, Helen 1685 and John 1691.
