Herbert John James Burnell born 1875 Bristol, married to Amelia Taynton in 1899

According to the original 1911 census they have 9 live children, none died.

I can only find 7.

Florence May born 1901
William John born 1902
Lily Muriel born 1903
Doris Mildred born 1906
Richard Arthur born 1908
Esmine Violet born 1909
Jack born 1911

Richard was born in Coventry the rest Bristol.

Looking at the birth dates there could be one birth between 1903-1906 and another before 1901.  But who and where they are in 1911?

The 1911 census say they had 7 children?!
