Sgt wirless op/air gunner in RAFVR  37 Squadron Service no 755863 any info
on circumstances to action gratefully recieved

Just read your post.

J E G D was my wife's uncle.  He died in 1941 otherwise your details were correct.
If you are connected to the Dovey family I have more information

Try googling rafcommands+the name of your relative or Ismaelia.  They have some real experts on that forum www.rafcommands.com/forum :) You might also try www.ww2talk.com/forum on their war in the air section :)
