(*Completed with thanks*)Donald and Jessie Jane BANKS.
« on: Thursday 17 April 14 23:09 BST (UK) »
Donald and Jessie Jane BANKS were in Glasgow in 1901 census according to tree on Ancestry, with two children Margaret C BANKS age 2 and Donald BANKS age 1.

By 1924 they were in New Zealand as the daughter Margaret Calder BANKS died aged 25.

Is anyone researching this family. Trying to find if there are any more children, and what Jessie Jane's maiden name was.

Thanks
Ian C

Have you checked SP for either the marriage or the children's births for Jessie's maiden name

In 1901 they were living at 102 North Park St, Milton Glasgow. It is possible they had other children who may have died prior to the family leaving

Donald was recorded as a House Joiner from Dunnet, Caithness, his wife Jessie J A Banks was also from Dunnet.

Can't see any more children born in New Zealand for this couple using the link above.
The birth index gives the first names of the mother and father.
