William John Taylor Pawnborker. (This is different husband name to the one she married in Ireland (John Berry Taylor) - same surname though)

If, for example, his father was named William John Berry Taylor and he was named after him, then perhaps whilst the father was living, the son used 'John Berry Taylor' to distinguish them then, once the father had died, reverted to 'William John Taylor'.

Remember, the name/s, and indeed sequence of such, on a death certificate are only as reliable as the knowledge of the informant.
