Owen Owen-Dorothy Hall Marriage

My relative Owen Owen was born in Trefriw Caernarvonshire in 1890.He is showing on Trees on Ancestry to have married a Dorothy Hall given as born in Liverpool in 1901.Their first child was born in 1932 in Caernarvonshire.I'm unable to find a marriage anwhere.Even considering a second marriage for Dorothy,their are very few if any possibilities.

There's a marriage for an Owen R Owen to a Dorothy Owen in Liverpool in DecQ 1923 (Liverpool, Lancs, 8B, 283), but I can't find an Owen Owen to Dorothy Hall sorry.

Owen owen and dorothy hall are my grandparents. He was trefriw was she was from liverpool
