George Lewis born at Clent

I'm looking for any information on George Herbert (or poss Hubert) Lewis born Clent cir. 1878.
The only reference I can find for him is in the 1881 census for Eaton under Haywood (Diddlebury Shropshire) where he is staying (aged 3yrs) with his grandparents Thomas and Margaret Roberts nee Lewis. Any help would be appreciated.

Clent parish register shows George Herbert LEWIS baptised Janaury 27 1878. Son of George (servant) and Emily Lewis.

This is now adding up! George's mother would have been Emily Mountford who I think was born in Bromsgrove. George Lewis senior was from Shropshire (Birtley, a hamlet near Ticklerton).
