My Great Grandfather was William Bridger Marsh,born around 1838. Married to Alice Elizabeth Harris,born around 1847. they had 3 children, William B. Frank E. Herbert Bebwell.
Herbert Bedwell Marsh was married to Ellen Willows  I'm looking for relatives in England.

There appears to be about three William Bridger MARSHs in and around the same area of Kent, although born at different times.

This looks to be your one. He states born Marden, Kent and is fairly consistent with his age in 1871-1901 with Alice.

Ellen Willows was the sister of my great grandfather Henry Charles Willows.  Their father worked as a gas engineer at Cliveden which is where most of the children were born - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliveden

Not sure how far back you have got back with your Marsh tree.
I have got back to a Bridger Marsh born c 1730 not sure where but he married Hannah Giles 1760 Lamberhurst Kent. My direct line is from his second son Thomas, members of the family seemed to have moved to Marden Kent c1790.
