He is likely to be Robert Draper Wigg, baptised with his siblings en masse in 1842.  I cannot find a baptism for him closer to his birthdate so maybe he was "done" only the once, or else his first baptism is missing from the Familysearch transcripts.

Unfortunately he was enumerated as not born in county (Norfolk) in 1841 and died before 1851 so we don't know his birthplace.  However it is an unusual surname so you may be lucky and find a William Wigg b abt 1800 somewhere in the country.
