Sorry to have late into this one, Paul, but I knew Timber Hill rang a bell. My wife's 2nd great grandfather William Bexon lived at No.3 Timber Hill and his wife, Sarah, was a shopkeeper there.

I haven't come across the surname Bollands nor the second address you asked about. Regards, David
