irish catholic microfilms available from LDS
« on: Wednesday 16 April 14 09:24 BST (UK) »
Hi, can anyone direct me please as I can't find this. Is there a list available on the Family Search site of all the microfilms that the LDS has available of Irish Catholic parish registers? Thanks

This site has a list of all known RC records, and will also show you which have been microfilmed by LDS, together with the relevant film numbers. (Not all parishes have had their records copied, and where they are copied, it’s not necessarily for all available years, as should be evident when you study the details). It will also tell you where copies are kept by others e.g. the National Library, and local FH societies.

Thanks for the replies. I finally copped that it's possible to search here by parish name: https://familysearch.org/catalog-search
