Hi,

Different perspective, whilst attempting to stay true to close to original, as possible.

Kind regards

Hi Everyone:

First of all, my apologies to all of you restorers for not getting back on here sooner to see the results of your work.

A very big Thank You - Wiggy, Brit2015, mare, Carolyn, japeflakes, Carol, restorer45, and George4.

I thought this photo would be impossible to do anything with, but each of you have produced remarkable results. Each different image creating a wonderful improvement and variation over the original. The expressions on their faces and their clothes much clearer - even the foliage behind them.

These girls were my Mum and aunt in their backyard in Burton-on-Trent. The photo was one of two that my Grandfather carried with him in the war and was sent back to his widow along with the rest of his personal belongings after he was killed. So its always been kind of special even though its in such bad shape.

I am completely delighted with the work all of you have done. Thank you very much :)
