Could be. I don't have the names of their other children but George Evan looks likely.

Her father is George and his is Evan.

Thank you  ;D

I found an Evan Lloyd born abt 1890 Birkenhead Cheshire in the 1911 census. He's a border living in London. The head of the household is a Robert Boorer.

Class: RG14; Piece: 2132.

I'm going to bookmark that for future reference :)

Well I'm considerably ahead since I first posted about the Lloyds.

I have found 5 of their 8 children and have found census records for them. I have also found Ada which is excellent. I still cannot discover where David Lloyd is in 1901 and 1911 but as it's such a common name and the surname seems to be transcribed incorrectly quite often I may not.

David Lloyd - found in 1871, 1881 and1891
Ada Davidson Lloyd nee Owen(s) - found in 1871, 1881, 1891, 1901 and 1911  ;D

Reginald Victor Lloyd born about 1885 - found in 1891 and 1901
David Irving Lloyd born about 1888 - found in 1891
George Richard Evan Lloyd born about 1890 - found in 1891 1901 and 1911  ;D
Jessie Lilian Lloyd born about 1895 - found in 1901 and 1911  ;D
Frederick Cairns Lloyd born about 1899 - found in 1901 and 1911  ;D

In 1911 Ada said that she had 4 children still living so that would be Reginald, George, Jessie and Frederick.

I think I have found Reginald in 1911 but I'm still not sure it's him. I did find him though on a passenger list in 1934 with a wife Mary. He is listed as being a tourist agency manager.

So David Irving Lloyd born about 1888 has died. One possible I found was in 1901 Q4 8A 302 Wirral - David Ervin Lloyd - age 14.

Thank you everyone for your help.
