harry has middle initial c in this entry so more than likely the 1901 entry is the same one whose birth has already been given

unfortunately there are 2 george watts born in cheam on the 1871 census one born 1856 and one born 1857
they are both with parents in 1871 but neither of them are with parents in 1881
so no way of knowing which is the right one(without again getting a marriage cert of george and amelia)
will try and follow george's wife amelia harper further back
bearkat; don't suppose you would know which is the right george?

cannot find this family in 1861 apart from the family with amelia
there is a death in april qtr 1851 of an alfred harper which would explain why he is not there in 1861
but cannot find an eliza harper in 1861 that would fit and cannot find a death for her between 1851-1861
the eldest child jane could be away from home she would be 19 at the time of 1861 census

with regard to your question i can see no other answer than to get hold of the marriage cert of harry and mary norris
unless someone has access to marriage register and can help you
might be worthwhile phoning up the general register office to see if you could pay for the cert with a postal order
or getting someonre to use their debit card for you and you giving them the cash for the cert
