Crawfords - around Caledon, Co. Tyrone
« on: Monday 21 July 14 17:16 BST (UK) »
Looking for anyone with any knowledge on the Crawford family around the Caledon area.
My ggg grandfather was called John Crawford born around 1865 and his wife was Elizabeth Morrow. I know from my grandmother all about their children but I'm hoping I can go back further and find siblings for him.
I have also heard that the Crawfords come from Crawfordsburn in Co Down originally when a Crawford married the earl of Caledon but I'm unsure of this!

Thanks for any help.

GRONI online has the civil record which should provide fathers' details, Elizabeth is listed as "Lizzie":
