hello - just found this website and understand you are looking for the parents of William Millard.  He is my great, great grandfather and I am trying to find out who his parents are.  We have a book written by my brother about my father's family but only going back to William Millard.

Sorry I cant find anything for William. FreeREG has quite a few Millard Marriages thoyugh who could be Williams Parents.
