Need German translation

Hi folks. Ive written to Grevesmuhlen-Mecklenburg in Germany about my Gr.Gr.grandfather and received a reply-- unfortunately in German.

Ive tried the online translation tools but it seems some words are missed making it awfully confusing. Rather than post the 2 pages here would anyone care to PM me and assist me?
