Any ideas on the date or location (country)

 The young woman`s coat style looks like  late 1920`s early1930`s.
  However the dark shirt looks later than that also the trousers, belts  rather than braces. I imagine the U.S.would be ahead of the U.K in that respect.
 As to location---phew, that is hard to pinpoint or even guesstimate.

Thank you for your reply. This photo was in a trunk owned by my g-g-grandfather with no identifying information. I have been thinking the building is Ireland. It does not look like any in the southern US in that time. The girl's hair style seems to be very unusual.

The girl's hair is unusual and  made me think of Germany and eastern Europe. Not an expert on German ladies' hairstyles but apart from that, very difficult to place.
