conwy place of death

my cousin passed away in 2007 at 19 fford dulyn, llandudno, conwy, is it possible to tell me if this is a nursing home or private dwelling

They are described on that as Retirement/sheltered housing. Thirty seven induvidual flats.

  Yes, as  Doran  says      it  appears to be  sheltered housing .

  It  used to  be !     it was  Gwynedd for   quite  a while too , then  a  few  years back  they  decide to   put  in a new  county  called Conwy

We use counties as in 1851-1901 here on RootsChat, just for that very reason.  Who'd have thought that counties would move around and be renamed like boats.
