It's probably a house called Louden Villa somewhere near what is now the village of Cowie in (the parish/district of) Stirling.
See
http://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/NS8389 for the contemporary map and compare with
http://maps.nls.uk/view/75675193 - the 'Cowie Rows' shown on that map, published in 1899, don't appear on mid-19th century maps at all, and neither do the collieries surrounding Cowie.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cowie,_StirlingYou haven't said when she died, or whether her husband survived her. However in your place I would go for the valuation rolls, and look for her husband in Cowie, Stirling, as close as possible before her death, or, if she outlived him, just before her own death. While her husband was alive, he only would be listed as the householder, but after his death she could be listed as the householder if she outlived him. Unless they were living with a daughter and son-in-law, or a son and daughter-in-law, in which case you would need to find the son or son-in-law.
House names are not always listed in the valuation rolls, so you might only get a street address.
The VRs are available in the National Archives of Scotland and in the National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh. They will also be available in Stirling district archives and probably in Stirling public library. If you can't get to any of those, you could try contacting Stirling Library, or hire a searcher to do the search for you.
