Seeking the ancestors of John Brooking Abbott UNDERHILL

I believe that Mary Jane BAKER was the wife of John Brooking Abbott UNDERHILL, can anyone confirm this for me?

They had a daughter; Elizabeth born about 1844 Exeter (?)

They sailed to Portugal before 1846 as three of their children were born in Lisbon between 1846 and 1860.

John Brooking Abbott UNDERHILL was an engineer working for a Paper Mill in Tojal near Lisbon at this time.

I am seeking any ancestors of John who lived in St Thomas Devon. I hope that you can help me this time.

There's an entry in the Devon Baptisms for a John Brooking Abbott Underhill (great name by the way), baptised 26/09/1820, son of John & Elizabeth at Plympton St Mary.

Thank you for the baptism details.

The name has my fantasy in top gear; three surnames in the early 19th century.

Their daughter Elizabeth could have been born 4q 1843 in St Thomas, the only near entry that I have found to date.
Maybe the early 1841 to 1861 censused would have more?

Some Family members were believed to be born in Portugal

John 1846, William 1848, George 1852 and Henry 1860.
I have found out that John married Mary Ann Felmingham 19 Dec 1869 in Islington.
George married Ellen Holly 4q 1874 Birmingham 6d 174

Elizabeth married Charles Snook 18 August 1875 at the Consulate in Lisbon, witnesses John & Jane Underhill who I believe were her parents.

As you see; I am trying to trace the Family back from this information.

There's a John Underhill in the Plymouth Rate Books in Plympton St Mary in January 1839. He's the landlord of Edward Secombe and the owner of the Sportsman Inn & garden

I found this Ref on the link to the Plymouth & Devon Record Office: Copy will of John Brooking Abbott of Plympton, innkeeper  1724/23  1817

This John may be related to John Born 1820

That would fit with a John Underhill on the 1841 census born c1786 - can't make out the occupation but he's born in county & living in Cowick St ref: H0107/265/12/7/8
