Susan 'Cullen' B ~1831, Ennistymon, Clare

Researching Susan, my GGGM, who migrated to Australia Around 1850.  The name Cullen is considered unlikely and was sometimes written as Cullinen, Quinlan or Quinillan.  Susan was apparently illiterate and not tolerant of being asked about her name more than once.  Her strong accent probably didn't help with getting the spelling right.  Her marriage certificate was destroyed in a fire and her death certificate lists no parental data. 

Birth place could be Ennis or Ennistymon.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated.  I have all of her Australian history and will gladly pass that on to family members.

There are about 15 Cullen homesteads in Co Clare in 1855 see http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation

I found searching in Co Clare using the civil parish difficult ending up with two civil parishes containing Ennistymon i.e. Clooney and Kilmanaheen, the reason I wanted the civil parishes was to search griffiths valuation and so I went going www.askaboutireland and finding Griffiths valuation my conclusion for best speculation is
