This is a difficult one.
Like you, I've trawled the Great Yarmouth marriages, but the only one I came across was an Ursula Riches marrying a Thomas Hawe, in 1776, which I'm sure you must have seen.
Neither can I find burials for either Francis/Thomas or Ursula Taylor.
I don't know whether you have a subscription to Ancestry, but they have Norfolk Poll books, and several years show a Francis Taylor, shipwright, of Yarmouth, but then in 1807 he appears to be living in Chatham, then 1818 in Sheerness ....
So if it's the same Francis Taylor, he must have still held property in Yarmouth to be able to vote there, even if living in Kent.
