Frederick Ward Smith 1876

Hello , could someone please assist , I am seeking information on Fredrick Ward Smith born 1876 , I have found his birth registration which has volume 9d , page 148 , line 119  Sculcoates Yorkshire England , but cannot find any information on his parents. I also have a copy of the 1911 census showing his wife & children ... Any assistance or help would be very much appreciated a big thank you in advance.. Kind regards Edward :) :)
