I also Have Frederick s Rayner Married a lily Hook 1915 No deaths
I have William Frederick Rayner  No Marriage Should be to a Clara Rose Can't find
Can someone do a census lookup to find other family member both were born in Basford

Sorry all born Basford which I think is in Essex

Basford is in Nottinghamshire
There were some Rayner's born in Halstead, Essex around that time; might it be them?

The only Frederick 'S' Rayner bc.1891 is a Frederick Samuel b.1890 in Warwick but he died 1890.

The only William Frederick Rayner bc.1892 is a William Frederick b.1891 West Ham.

No trace of anyone with these names born Basford on these dates so something wrong here!!

Well, I'm sorry but I can't find a Frederick Rayner b.1891 with this reference.   Even put in just the reference - no names - to bring everything up.   There simply is not a Frederick Rayner birth listed in Basford 1891 - let alone with the ref. 7B 204 - and I've looked now on 3 different sites!

On what site did you find this entry?  What quarter is it?

I've even looked at the GRO Index pages for the name Rayner in all 4 quarters of 1891 and there simply is not a Frederick Rayner with this reference listed, nor any Frederick born in Basford.

That Frederick appears to have married the 'Hannah' on the same page, and looking at census they had no son named Frederick.
