We are not allowed to do 1911 look ups. But that would be your best way to start looking, to see if she is there with her family. You can buy just a few credits. Or use Ancestry at a local library if you are in England.
Of to find her parents , purchase her birth cert from www.gro.gov.uk using the ref from the indexes available on FreeBMd
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

census information is Crown Copyright from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Pleasure to help.
If you need any more assistance please ask. We're here to help.

You might as well have a couple of censuses I found for the grandparents.(Don't look if you don't want to know and want to do it yourself)I know I do get carried away.

1871 census 10 Milbourn St Bishops Wearmouth
Thomas Richardson 31 timekeeper Sunderland
Jane 32 Scotland
Thomas W Manson (think it's supposed to be Alderson) 9 stepson Sunderland
Mary A Richardson 6 Sunderland
Thomas 4 Sunderland
Mary A Anton 64 aunt widow annuitant Pottlands Yorkshire
The couple married in June 1864 Sunderland 10a 574 and her surname was Alderson .

1881 62 Northumberland St Bishops Wearmouth
William Surtees 53 shipwright Sunderland
Elizabeth 50 same
William 24 customs officer
Thomas 21 glassmaker
John R 18  apprentice engine fitter
Mary E 12
Other child Jane Whybourn Surtees born 1855 on 1871 census  at 8 Neesham Square .Elizabeth is a seamans wife and William is missing presumably at sea.
Whybourn is her mother's maiden name not a nasty comment by her parents. They married Sunderland Mar 1854 10a 374.

Good Morning
Yes sorry about that. The computer must have frozen as I was typing my reply and did it's own editing.
The mother's maiden name is Elizabeth Whybourne ,that was why their eldest child was given the middle name  Whybourne.
Hope that clears it up.
